Exporting Category Codes

Hi All,

I manage the ClinTrial Refer Oncology App and wondered if anyone had any tips regarding exporting the data to send to sites for updating?

We have a number of phase 1b trials and it would be useful for me to be able to send the "Category Codes" to them for review as I am using them to record the different cohorts. However when I export the data into excel only a very limited number of categories show up when I know there are category codes listed for nearly every trial. Any ideas??

The other issue I am having is when I export by location, the overall status of the trial is exported not the status for the individual site, which means I have to go through all the data and correct it. This wasn't always the case so I'm not sure if I am doing something differently?
